Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClassGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ClassGo is operated by 9561803 CANADA LTD.

2. Description of Service

ClassGo is a software-as-a-service platform that enables after-school studios to manage classes, schedules, students, enrollments, and related administrative tasks. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

Studio owner accounts are created upon registration. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system (including student data and parental consent records), and complying with all applicable privacy laws regarding the collection and storage of personal information, especially information about minors.

4. Payments and Stripe

ClassGo offers online payment functionality powered by Stripe Connect. Each Studio independently connects their own Stripe account. When a Parent or Student makes a payment via Stripe, the transaction is processed directly between the payer and the Studio. ClassGo is not a party to the transaction and does not hold or handle any payment funds. Studios are responsible for any fees, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes arising from Stripe transactions. By enabling Stripe payments, Studios agree to Stripe's terms of service. For offline payment methods (E-Transfer, Cash), ClassGo provides tracking tools only — actual payment occurs outside the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9561803 CANADA LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, account data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

8. Third-Party Payment Processing

ClassGo does not process or handle payment transactions. All online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment via Stripe, funds are transferred directly to the Studio's connected Stripe account. ClassGo never holds, touches, or has access to your payment funds. Stripe handles all aspects of payment processing including PCI compliance, fraud detection, and dispute resolution. By using Stripe-powered payments, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Terms of Service.
